2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 595 of 2018 registered on 27.09.2018 lodged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against three named accused persons including the petitioner.
4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation made by the informant that marriage of the sister of the informant has been solemnized with the present petitioner on 30.06.2018 but the in-laws family used to demand two lakhs as dowry and one chain made of gold and it is due to this reason they used to torture her. On 17.09.2018, it has been informed by the brother-in-law that sister of the informant has been killed.

5. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2022 having no criminal case pending against him. He further submits that specific plea has been taken that the wife of the petitioner Nilam Kumari had love affair with one Pankaj Kumar of the same village. The deceased want to marry with the said Pankaj Kumar but under family pressure, she was forced to marry with the petitioner and due to this reason she was in depression. Her lover Pankaj Kumar committed suicide after few months of her marriage and when the Nilam Kumari got knowledge of the same, she also committed suicide. It seems that it is not the case of murder rather it is the case of suicide due to depression in lust of love.
6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail after framing of charge if charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV in connection with Hajipur P.S. Case No. 595
