The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are alleged to have assaulted Ajay Kumar and Sudama Devi. It is submitted that the injury found on the persons of Ajay Kumar and Sudama Devi are simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 95 of 2013.
