This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Mahila P.S. Case No.130 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Opposite Party No.2 has been produced before the Court by the Digha Police Station. On being asked, she says that she has been staying with her husband for the last five months.

In that view of the matter, there is no point of keeping the case pending. The FIR of Mahila P.S. Case No. 130 dated 20.11.2019 is hereby quashed.
