Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation, as contained in Annexure- '5', has remained pending for over one year.

In the nature of the grievance raised by the petitioner, this Court grants the petitioner a liberty to approach the Secretary-cum-Executive Officer, Nagar Teacher Employment Unit, Nagar Parishad, Danapur with a copy of this order together with a fresh representation within a period of thirty (30) days from today which will be considered by the Secretarycum-Executive Officer, Nagar Teacher Employment Unit, Nagar Parishad, Danapur and a decision thereon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation.
