JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) Date : 13-04-2018 After having heard counsel for the University and the private respondent we are satisfied that the occasion for imposing cost of Rs. 24,000/- on the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar and Controller of Examination was uncalled for. Even the private respondent had contribution to make by continued participation in the examinations and passing of the same subsequently cannot be viewed independently of the Regulation of the University.

However, other direction with regard to providing mark-sheet and result of BCA for the Sessions 2009-2012 is not interfered with. University will be obliged to carry out the said direction without further delay. Appeal stands allowed to the extent indicated above.
