The petitioner seeks bail in Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 407 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was a driver of the tractor of the informant. The tractor was snatched but the informant made allegation that the petitioner sold the tractor of the informant. It is submitted that the petitioner is eye-witness of the occurrence informed the owner of the tractor about the fact of snatching the tractor.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30365 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 83/2015.
