Petitioner's claim for compassionate appointment made before the respondent-Corporation is pending consideration. Copy of the application dated 12.11.2013 is placed on record in the instant proceedings.

Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that the claim would be subject to the petitioner fulfilling all the requisites, for grant of such appointment, which is to be considered by the Establishment -cum- Compassionate Appointment Committee in the Corporation.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4067 of 2019(3) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 Respondent-Corporation cannot indefinitely keep the claim of the petitioner pending and, therefore, this Court would direct that the claim of the petitioner shall be considered by the Compassionate Appointment Committee in its next meeting, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
