The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 471/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 379, 411, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. The police has mentioned in the written report about recovery of different motorcycles from different persons. It has been mentioned in the written report that co-accused Awadhesh Kumar has stated in his confessional statement that this petitioner had purchased stolen motorcycle for Rs. 9,000/- from the garage of Amit Singh. It is alleged that aforesaid motorcycle was recovered from the house

Petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 471/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
