Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 106 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section-392 of the Indian Penal Code.

No doubt, petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner surfaced in this case in confessional statement of coaccused. The investigation against the petitioner is still going on. It is a serious case of Section-394 of the Indian Penal Code. Therefore, I do not feel it proper to extent the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28996 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 No. 106 of 2014 stands rejected.

However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
