The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the IPC.

The prosecution case as per the written report of Md. Mansaf Ansari submitted to the SHO, Motihari Town Police station is to the effect that being an ex-army personnel, the informant used to visit the District Welfare Office of the Army Personnel where the petitioner being a clerk realized Rupees One Lac Fifty Thousand from the informant for getting him employed as security guard in the office.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no proof with regard to payment and Statement has been

Learned APP submits that there is specific accusation against the petitioner in the FIR.

Considering the fact that the informant being an exarmy personnel tried to get employment on illegal basis, let the petitioner above named be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within 12 weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 656 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
