The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that son of the informant has consumed poison after dispute with his wife namely Kanchan Devi who is petitioner No. 1 before this Court. The other accused persons have

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, the deceased had quarreled with his father and brother and on being angry, he consumed poison in his house. Moreover, there is no material evidence against the petitioners in the commission of murder of the deceased. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with
