The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

A search was conducted in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 592 of 2014, registered under Sections 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code as dacoity was committed in a private bank.

It appears that besides the ornaments and gold one loaded country made pistol and live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 08.01.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months.

No.29958 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur in Piro P.S. Case No. 20 of 2015.
