JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case, in brief, is that six persons on two motorcycles came at the patrol pump and on the point of pistol took away Rs.48,000/- from a staff and one of them fired shot on the leg of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 7.12.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. He is not named in the F.I.R nor he has been put on Test Identification Parade to ascertain his involvement in the present case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that name of the petitioner has come in course of investigation on the basis of his confession.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District
