The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 307, 324, 325, 353, 354A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegations in the F.I.R., it is stated by the informant, a police personnel, that on his going to the place of occurrence where a dispute was going on between the supporters of two groups, the six named accused persons including the petitioner herein and 100-150 unknown attacked the police party causing serious injuries.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Investigation in the case has

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the petitioner being in custody for more than 11 months and investigation in the case having concluded, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case no.187 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 4th, Muzaffarpur.
