The petitioner seeks bail in Raniganj P.S. Case No. 287 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 211 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused persons on the alleged date and time of occurrence brutally assaulted the son of informant leading to his death. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation and no specific overt act has been raised against this petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26556 of 2021 vide Annexure-3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 287 of 2020 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 211 of 2021.
