JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was Assistant and it is alleged that he took bribe from the beneficiaries of Indira Awas. No doubt, in course of investigation, some beneficiaries supported the accusation but it appears that except statement of prosecution witnesses, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 09.06.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Vigilance-II, Patna in connection with
