The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant stated that his brother and other villagers were sowing maize crops, but in the meantime the accused persons namely Dara Singh asked the whereabouts of his brother Vidyanand Yadav. Vidyanand Yadav disclosed that he resided in the village Raghunathpur, on such Dara Singh abused him and on his order Vijay Singh fired which hit Vidyanand Yadav on his back and fell down on the ground. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32706 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 filed requisition showing that the petitioner was also one of the members of the mob. The petitioner is in jail since 18.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Salkhua P.S. Case No. 64 of 2009.
