Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 16.04.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 6513/2021. On last occasion, vide order dated 09.03.2022, a report was called for from the court below, which has been received and from perusal of the same, it appears that out of seven prosecution witnesses, five witnesses have already been examined and only doctor and I.O. have remained to be examined, for which, summon has already been issued. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial, since petitioner is in custody since 29th July, 2019. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
