Petitioner seeks bail in Sitamarhi (Punaura OP) P.S. Case No.538 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366-A/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner and others has kidnapped 16 years old daughter of the informant.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim on her recovery has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein, she has stated that she had voluntarily gone with Shambhu Rai and has performed marriage with him. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
