2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondents authority to make the payment of award money of compensation of the petitioner land of Khata No.231, Plot NO.1861 and 278, Area 98 decimals out of which 29 decimals of land have been acquired by the authority for construction of Indo Nepal road.

(ii) For issuance of writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.14919 of 2017(3) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 authority to remove the construction from the acquired land of petitioner if authority is not making the payment of compensation money to the petitioner.

(iii) For issuance of such other appropriate writ or order or direction which may deem fit and proper for consideration of this case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
