BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 07-12-2021 Grievance of the petitioner is relating to regularization of his service with reference to work during the intervening period from 17.06.1964 till 25.08.1975. The present petition is presented in the year 2020 and the petitioner is aged about 76 years. This Court after considering the factual aspects is of the view that if the matter is insisted, exemplary cost may be imposed on the ground of delay and laches on the part of the petitioner. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. He is permitted to withdraw.

Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
