JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 25-08-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. He is also directed to delete the name of petitioner no.1 from the array of the petitioners. Heard the learned counsel for petitioners no. 2 and 3 and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner nos. 2 and 3 apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Baghaila P.S.Case No. 42 of 2021.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5787 of 2022(2) dt.25-08-2022 2/2 that both the parties are agnates and petitioners are persons of clean antecedent.

There is specific allegation against petitioner nos. 2 and 3 that they assaulted the wife of the informant with iron rod and lathi and she has sustained grievous injury. In view of specific allegation, petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are directed to surrender in the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

With these observations, the anticipatory bail petition stands rejected.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
