Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused Surendra Ram and others had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 58288 of 2025 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 4-9-2025, on which the learned APP submits that the case of the instant petitioners is not akin to the case of Surendra Ram and others, it is next submitted that petitioners are motherin-law and brother-in-law of the deceased whereas Surendra Ram and others were agnates of the father-in-law of the deceased, it is also submitted that son-in-law of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5087 of 2026(2) dt.29-04-2026 2/2 no. 1 was staying at the parental house of his wife and his dead body was found hanging from a tree.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application. 4.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
