2. The present petition has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 29.02.2016 passed in CWJC No. 20303 of

Patna High Court MJC No.1891 of 2016 dt.30-11-2016 2014 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the OP No. 6 according to which the order of this Court has been complied with in terms of letter No. 180 dated 25.07.2016 (Annexure-D).

4. In the above view of the matter, this Court is not satisfied that there is willful disobedience of the order of this Court, inasmuch as such order has been passed by the opposite parties after duly granting opportunity to the petitioner for supplying the relevant documents which is not disputed on behalf of the petitioner.

5. The contempt petition accordingly stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case he is aggrieved by the order of the authorities as noticed above, he may agitate the same before an appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
