Petitioner is in custody in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 302/18 for the offence under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel further submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle.

Petitioner is in custody since 7.8.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly six months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6539 of 2019(2) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Supaul, in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 302/2018.
