2. At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though it is true that the bail petition of the petitioner was earlier rejected, but the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the fresh ground that neither the victim nor her father has supported the prosecution case during their deposition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
