2. Pursuant to the order passed by the writ Court in CWJC No. 8751 of 2015, the District Magistrate, Jamui in its meeting/order conveyed memo no. 16 dated 07.01.23 has negated the claim of the petitioner.

3. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may have the liberty to challenge the said order before the appropriate Court.
