The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No.61 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 364, 365, 302 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The deceased was killed by Ranjit Rai along with Chandan Gupta and Rustam Mian. The petitioner is alleged to have conspired in killing of the deceased. 4.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2019 and similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail.

Considering the nature of allegation as well

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8863 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/2 as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Paharpur P.S.
