2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.11.2018 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 205 of 2015.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the victim and there are serious allegations against him for demand of dowry and torture.

4. In these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the impugned order.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all the ground at an appropriate stage.
