1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.
2. The petitioner has challenged the selection process for grant of license of Public Distribution System (PDS) shop license.
3. Learned counsel for the State submits that as per the notification, dated 21.07.2022, any person being aggrieved by the process of selection for grant of license of P.D.S. shop shall file a complaint before the concerned
Patna High Court CWJC No.3775 of 2020(3) dt.13-02-2024 2/2 Divisional Commissioner.
4. Having considered the notification, dated 21.07.2022, the petitioner is directed to approach the Divisional Commissioner, Munger, against the selection process, within a period of 30 days from today.
5. If such a complaint is filed, learned Divisional Commissioner shall dispose the same in accordance with law and after giving opportunity of hearing to the concerned within a reasonable time period.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
