Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s). "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the Respondent Examination Board to permit the left out candidates of the Intermediate of Sessions

Patna High Court CWJC No.7206 of 2021 dt.13-07-2021 2/2 of 2019-2021 registered on OFSS Portal to appear in the ensuring Intermediate Examination, 2021 interalia on the ground that due to latches on the part of the Colleges, the registered candidate on the OFSS, could not be filled up their examination form and subsequently they have been debarred to appear in the examination.

(II) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the Respondent Examination Board to permit the failed candidates of the previous examination since in the on-line examination form there is no column meant to appear in the ensuring Intermediate Examination, 2021.

(III) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the writ petitioner shall he found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case." Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

Permission is granted.

This petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
