In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No.199 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. Allegation has been made against the accused persons to have killed the daughter of the informant and the dead-body has been disposed of.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
