The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, a stolen motorcycle was recovered from outside of the house of the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no stolen motorcycle has been recovered from his house. There is no report with respect to theft of the said motorcycle which the petitioner had purchased. The petitioner is in custody since 7.10.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11917 of 2021(2) dt.30-07-2021 2/2 taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case no. 201 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge- IV, Aurangabad.
