The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kochadhaman P.S. Case No.102 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely being the owner of the alleged vehicle. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail by contending that the recovery of 77.250 litres of Indian made foreign liquor has been made from the alleged vehicle of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner does not deserve
