2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs :- i. For issuance of direction/directions or order/orders or writ/writs in the nature of
Patna High Court CWJC No.1300 of 2019(5) dt.30-01-2025 2/3 Mandamus for commanding and directing the Respondent authority to demarcate the Land in the light of order dated 27.03.1993 passed in Demarcation Case No. 17 of 1992-93 by the Deputy Collector cum Land Reforms, Danapur (Respondent No.4) affirmed in Demarcation Appeal No. 12/1993-94 vide order dated 04.01.2008 by the Collector cum District Magistrate, Patna (Respondent No.2) and the same has been upheld by the Hon'ble High Court Patna vide its order dated 19.07.2013 passed in C.W.J.C.No. 1710 of 2009 as well as appellate order dated 19.09.2016 passed in L.P.A.No. 1113 of 2014 and attained finality.
ii. For any other relief/ reliefs to which the petitioner is found legally entitled. True/photo copies of order dated 27.03.1993 passed in Demarcation Case No.17/1992-93, order dated 04.01.2008 passed in Demarcation Appeal No.12/1993-94, order dated 19.07.2013 passed in C.W.J.C.No. 1710 of 2009 and order dated 19.09.2016 passed in L.P.A. No. 1113 of 2014 are annexed herewith and marked as Annexure: 1, 2, 3 & 4 to this petition.
3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been settled during the pendency of the writ petition. In this regard, he has annexed as AnnexureA by which, it transpires that measurement has been made in the presence of the petitioner. The signature is present on the said measurement along with the other persons.
4. In this background, that the grievances of the petitioner has been settled, let this writ petition be disposed off
Patna High Court CWJC No.1300 of 2019(5) dt.30-01-2025 3/3 granting liberty that if still the petitioner has any grievance or he has any fresh cause of action then, he may sue further. (Dr. Anshuman, J) sharun/- U
