The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 394/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Azam Nagar P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018.

Three persons allegedly fired at the son of the informant and looted Rs.7,000/-. The petitioner and others were identified as miscreants. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent of similar nature and serious cases including cases under Sections 395/397 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2018.
