By order dated 28.07.2014 passed in C.W.J.C. No.3997 of 2014, this Court has directed to decide the issue of acquisition and prepare the award. In pursuance of the aforesaid order, the award has been prepared, but not in the name of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Title Suit has already been decided in favour of the petitioner, so the Collector should have prepared the award in his favour. This Court is in contempt proceeding, cannot pass any

Patna High Court MJC No.2365 of 2017 dt.15-11-2017 2/2 order against the award which has been passed by the competent authority. The best method is that the petitioner should take legal course as available under the law. If any objection has been filed and still has not been disposed of, the competent authority will take cognizance and decide the same within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
