JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, some miscreants intercepted the informant and snatched his mobile phone. It further appears that petitioner is accused in 15 other cases. It also appears that informant has identified the petitioner from the photograph kept in the police station record.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than six months and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail.

In view of above facts and circumstances, at this stage

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5805 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
