Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects as pointed out by the office, within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within the undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

After some arguments, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application, in order to seek regular bail before the learned court below. Permission is granted.

The instant appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of
