The petitioner in this writ petition seeks quashing the order as contained in Memo No.1758 dated 15.12.2016 (Annexure 6) and Memo No.582 dated 30.03.2017 (Annexure
8) by which respondent no.7 has been posted as Drawing and Disbursing Headmaster in the school whereas on the said post the petitioner was working since 13.09.1997 after retirement of
Patna High Court CWJC No.11326 of 2017(2) dt.24-01-2020 2/2 senior most Headmaster of District Level.
Learned counsel for the State in the counter affidavit has stated that the Director, Primary Education issued the guidelines as contained in Memo No.102 dated 30.01.2013 and respondent no.7 was appointed as Headmaster of the school in accordance with law.
Having considered the facts aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
