The petitioner seeks regular bail in Musahari P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014 for the offence registered under Sections 372 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

According to the prosecution report, it appears that 210 liters of countrymade liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner is in jail custody since

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31271 of 2014 (3) dt.12-01-2015 2/2 05.06.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzuffarpur in connection with Musahari P.S. Case No. 50 of 2014.
