Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that he has been remanded in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is in jail custody since 02.09.2014 but up till now police failed to arrange his T.I.P.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siwan ( Chainpur O.P) P.S.Case No.114 of 2014.
