In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The Police raided the house of the petitioner and from there the stolen motor cycle was recovered. The petitioner could not produce any valid document showing the said motor cycle is belonging to him.
Looking to the fact and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, liberty is given to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23526 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 the petitioner, he may renew his prayer for bail after nine months of custody.
