JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 In the face of the admitted non-compliance of the order dated 20.12.2016, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 15088 of 2016, by which the learned writ court had while granting interim relief to the petitioner stayed the execution of the distress warrant subject to deposit of 15% of the certificate amount within a period of three months from the date of the said order, it would not be just and proper for this Court to entertain the present writ application for the reliefs prayed in this writ application. The order passed by the learned Co-ordinate Bench is dated 20.12.2016. The petitioner has not complied with the said order and, therefore, the writ application itself is misconceived

Patna High Court CWJC No.1174 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 and is a misuse of judicial proceeding.

The writ application is dismissed.
