The petitioners, two in number, seek bail in a case under Sections 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The case is lodged against unknown. Name of the petitioners figured in the case during the course of investigation on mere suspicion. The petitioners are in jail since 16.01.2015 but they have not been put on T.I.P.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate
