Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 420, 120(B), 467, 471, 379, 504/34 of I.P.C.

Petitioner is alleged to be witness to the sale deed. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is only alleged to be a witness of the deed. Other co-accused is said to be the beneficiary of the alleged transaction. Police after investigation submitted final form in this case.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. case no 146 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
