No. 16375 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the cause-title, with respect to respondent nos. 2 to 4, "District -Supaul" has been wrongly typed in place of "District-Saharsa". Again submits that the name of police station is missing with respect to respondent no.4 which should be "P.S.- Pipra". He further submits that at Page no.8, in paragraph no. (b), the

Patna High Court MJC No. 194 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 expression "District Collector, Supaul" will be read as "District Collector, Saharsa".

In view of the above, the order dated 16.12.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 16375 of 2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.
