2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 634 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342/365 of the Indian Penal Code but later on 302 of the I.P.C. was added.

3. The petitioner has been found involved in the kidnapping and killing of the deceased. During investigation, he was arrested and thereafter his statement was recorded, the dead body of the deceased has been recovered.

4. Since this is a case of kidnapping with murder, I am
