2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shiv Sagar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code

3. As per the prosecution case, some unknown criminals looted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation and he has not been put on T.I. parade. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2023 and he is a person of clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner without accepting his guilt submits that the petitioner is ready to make

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate. Sasaram, Rohtas below in connection with Shiv Sagar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2022.

8. At the time of furnishing the bail bond, the petitioner will produce a demand draft of Rs. 20,000/- in the name of the informant which shall be released to the informant. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Sudha/- U T
