In paragraph 3 of the supplementary affidavit, the petitioner has stated that he is paying 10,000/- per month to opposite party no.2 regularly. In support of the same, he has annexed the cash receipts with the supplementary affidavit. In view of the above, provisional anticipatory bail allowed to the petitioner under order dated 28.1.2019 stands confirmed, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Needless to say that the opposite party no.2 would be at liberty to approach the Court below for cancellation of bail if
